Join our team as a Channel Account Manager and drive growth, innovation, and lasting partnerships across our channel ecosystem!

As a Channel Account Manager 2 you’ll be responsible for executing strategy and solutions through existing and new channel partners, including distributors, system integrators, installers, contractors, and VARs. In this role, you’ll focus on driving awareness, educating partners on Panduit products and programs, and securing preference for our offerings. You’ll play a key role in expanding market share, displacing competitors, and simplifying the process of doing business with Panduit. By aligning closely with channel partners, you will drive profitability and ensure strong business relationships to achieve mutual success.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans with channel partners, coordinating with regional commercial teams and marketing to ensure successful execution.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive YOY revenue growth by expanding the partner’s portfolio with Panduit products and increasing engagement.
  • Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Provide accurate quarterly forecasts, minimize deviations, and regularly discuss performance to ensure alignment.
  • Profitability & Relationship Management: Focus on driving profitability and book growth. Conduct monthly follow-ups and QBRs to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for large projects, while gathering account intelligence to support the account management team.
  • Channel Planning: Lead partner forecasting, implement go-to-market strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Identify and address partner challenges to optimize business growth and strengthen their knowledge of Panduit offerings.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years account management or external channel account management experience dealing with entry-level business influencers.
  • Electrical or datacom experience required, experience with both preferred.
  • Skilled in building relationships, understanding solutions and competitors, and driving penetration into new channels.
  • Pricing expertise and financial understanding of channel KPIs.
  • Capable of working independently with occasional coaching, meeting deadlines, and executing processes within the partner ecosystem.
  • General understanding of organizational strategy and ability to articulate partner program value.
  • Willing to travel 50%+ of the time. 
  • Preferred experience with channel partners, especially in distribution or system integration.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
