What you'll do:

In this role, you will support our Business Development team in identifying and reaching new vendors for our expanding Ecosystem. Working closely with Business Development Managers, you will play a vital role in prospecting potential vendors, setting up introductory meetings, and supporting outreach activities to grow our network. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong interest in sales development, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to build foundational experience in business development.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify new vendor leads, focusing on companies and individuals that align with the NinjaTrader Ecosystem and other programs
  • Initiate contact with potential vendors through outbound communication methods, including email and phone outreach, to generate interest in the NinjaTrader Ecosystem
  • Schedule and organize meetings between qualified vendor prospects and Business Development Managers, ensuring a smooth handoff for successful introductions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking all lead information, outreach activity, and scheduled meetings
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to understand target vendor profiles and refine outreach strategies to ensure an effective pipeline
  • Assist the Business Development team with various administrative tasks related to vendor acquisition, including document preparation, follow-up communications, and data entry

What you'll need:

  • Experience – 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related support role is preferred
  • Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone when engaging prospects
  • Organizational Abilities – Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate a high volume of meeting requests
  • Tech Proficiency – Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and comfort with communication and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence)
  • Collaborative Spirit – A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude, eager to support and learn from Business Development Managers
  • Interest in Financial Markets – General knowledge or a strong interest in trading, commodity futures, or financial markets is advantageous but not required

Bonus Points For:

  • Spanish language skills (written and verbal fluency) strongly preferred

Compensation:

The annual salary for this role will begin at $54,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 4%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Additional details on our total compensation package and benefits are listed below.
