OVERVIEW:
Dick’s Sporting Goods is hiring an experienced Business Automation Developer to join our Enterprise Efficiency Team. We're seeking a candidate with hands-on coding experience with low/no-code tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, Power Automate, and data visualization tools like Power BI. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement improvements and automations utilizing our intelligent automation toolkit; interact with business partners to gather and document requirements; develop, test, and deploy solutions. Will need an understanding of how functional systems interreact and the ability to read and perform limited coding with SQL & Python.

Utilize lean and agile methodologies to drive and lead citizen developer sprints designed to deliver efficiencies using hyper-automation. This will include working closely with our citizen developers to ensure they stay on project timelines and assisting them work through more complex components of their automations.

Leverage expertise and knowledge of our intelligent automation toolkit to train and upskill our resident citizen developers; utilize one-on-one trainings and group trainings. Our Citizen Developers will already be nested within the functional areas we partner. Providing them with a high-level of training will be integral to the success of our digital transformation.

Responsible for enforcing and training citizen developers on the importance and execution of our governance. Providing the appropriate training and guidance on properly using our governance will enusure a healthy, sustainable digital automation.

Work cross-functionally to monitor and maintain a library of production automations; develop ad hoc reports; work with our Tech team to troubleshoot production issues/tickets; and execute ERP system administration duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems or related degree

3-5 years experience in Retail, Technology, Consulting, Finance

Certification with Alteryx, UiPath, Power BI or similar tools preferred

Lean, Six Sigma or Agile certifications preferred
Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
