Job Overview
The B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring effective brand communication, and optimizing engagement strategies. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and sales representatives to drive marketing initiatives, enhance lead generation, and support Rewards Network growth. Success in this role requires a strong background in campaign execution and digital marketing with the ability to track performance and optimize efforts for maximum impact.
This is a hybrid position and requires in office presence 2 days a week in Chicago.
What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, B2B Marketing in developing and executing B2B marketing projects and campaigns to support objectives in sales support, customer acquisition and company revenue growth
- Serve as main point of contact for all sales-related marketing projects and initiatives, coordinating with creative, content, and multiple channels
- Manage and execute project timelines for campaigns and other sales initiatives; and ensure that projects and campaigns are executed
- Manage digital advertising efforts, including paid advertising, and SEO/organic content
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies for better engagement and ROI
- Plan and execute short-term and long-term marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing strategy, creative and product teams
- 5+ years of related work experience, with at least 3+ years in Marketing & Paid Ads
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Ability to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including sales enablement materials
- Strong understanding of B2B business operations, sales processes, and marketing execution.
- engage with sales professionals, cross-department partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing Paid Ads on Google and Meta (LinkedIn is nice-to-have)
- with CRM platforms (preferred: Salesforce), marketing automation tools (preferred: Marketing Cloud), and analytics software (preferred: Domo)
- A strong understanding of the restaurant/hospitality space
Education, Certifications and Experience: Preferred
- Experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry a plus
- 3+ experience in B2B marketing execution, campaign management preferred

• This is a full-time, exempt position and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $80,000-$100,000 annualized with a 7.5% bonus depending on level, candidate experience, skills, and other factors.
