Are you talented at troubleshooting tech issues and passionate about enhancing a site’s user experience? Then you belong at Uline! We’re looking for an Associate eCommerce Business Analyst who can dig into the data and provide solutions and improvements to support the growing team behind uline.com, one of the largest eCommerce websites in the country!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer comments to identify website issues on uline.com and recommend enhancements.

  • Analyze user activity, website metrics and business trends.

  • Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.

  • Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. SQL a plus.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
