We are a Chicago based boutique advertising agency that is currently looking to hire a full-time Paid Digital Media Manager.  

In this role you will work directly with the Digital Director and upper management and be responsible for managing clients paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns, manage execution of marketing strategies, budget management and campaign optimizations.  This role will provide strategic recommendations to clients and guide in the development of creative, based on the clients KPI’s.   

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in paid search, social and biddable media.   You will have strong hands-on keyboard experience and you must be comfortable presenting directly to clients.  You must be organized, self-motivated, meet deadlines, and have a strong attention to detail. 

Requirements

  • Strong background in Paid Search, Paid Social and Display Advertising
  • Experience with programmatic digital campaigns
  • Have ability to create unique bidding strategies
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and supporting technologies
  • Experience with paid media advertising, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and X
  • Analyze data from web analytics to create tactical plans and recommendations to present to clients
  • Generate A/B testing to improve results and campaign performance
  • Provide data-driven strategies for keyword campaigns
  • Monitor search results and performance across all channels
  • Create display and retargeting ads and ad copy designed to maximize CTR
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Identify potential opportunities
  • Understanding of KPIs and have a drive to over-deliver goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends

Tasks

  • Work with clients and account managers to develop and execute successful campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of the campaigns top to bottom including strategy, creative, copywriting, reporting and data analytics.
  • Discover new opportunities and growth segments to improve digital media ROI
  • Educate and guide clients, while managing realistic expectations
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Meet strict, tight deadlines

Additional Pluses

  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Strong Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  • Experience with paid social, display, or other digital media channels

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in paid search and biddable media

This role is required to work CST hours. 

This role will be required to meet in Logan Square, Chicago 1x per month for company wide meetings.

Travel: As needed for client meetings with notice
